Geothermal driller training update

A student from HEET's geothermal driller training program secured a position in the industry just weeks after completing the two-week tutorial. Gerard Sylvain, one of the seven students in the first cohort, is now working with Skillings & Sons, LLC.
The first cohort of students received 80 hours of training, covering construction site safety, fundamentals of geothermal drilling, the project lifecycle, and more. This program aims to address the increasing demand for skilled geothermal drillers.
