Cooking with Power

In the process of learning everything we could about how to transition Beyond Gas, we discovered quickly that a key barrier to that transition was the cook stove. Centered at the heart of our homes and often an object of emotional attachment, even our language refers to ‘Cooking with Gas’ as a good thing. Luckily, cooking with induction is significantly faster, more precise, and safer! So our Taste the Future events have become a crowd favorite over the past years as we mix good food, friends, and fun with a little bit of education on the exciting possibilities of the future Beyond Gas.
